Locations are particularly important when setting up a roadshow. Planning the dates in geographical order, allowing enough time for presenters, the production team and the technical crew to travel between venues and catch their breath. 

 

All lead to cost-effectiveness and a better event in each location. Building in time for rest and travel is 
often overlooked. We make sure that we design an 
easily transportable and quick to set up screen, 
backdrop and technical support, with the minimum 
crew to operate efficiently.
